Post Meeting - February 2025

Thank you to all Weston Post 501 members, Veterans, Family members, and Friends who attended our recent American Legion Post meeting on February 25, 2025. The meeting focused on fundraising efforts for the West Platte Schools choir and band trip to Hawaii, with updates on various fundraising activities and discussions about potential partnerships with local organizations. Members expressed support for the initiative and discussed strategies to engage the community, including the possibility of hosting bingo nights and reaching out to larger organizations for donations. Financial reports were shared, indicating a stable budget, and plans for upcoming events, including Memorial Day activities, were outlined.
